One of the things holding up seems to be some defense stocks.

FRPT was here on alert watch under 24 based on chart (monday), today its broken it early and still clicking. 27 now

SPAR is a little wacko, but providing a few trades today

SPAR, secured 108mln,(largest) 2 orders from major defense man (inc. FRPT)to be completed '07. Co had sales of 445 in '06, so this is a good $ number contract(s). This should bring it to test highs today.

bot some low $30. Has opened well in the past.
