Friday, September 15, 2006 at 11:10AM We are adding this one to our watchlist this weekend. You'd wonder why we are doing it now since it just had a 60% runup? The reason is the stellar IBD rating 99 99 this stock carries since its earnig report not too long ago. We've started buying($13.40) little today in anticipation of an IBD runup next week. We'd be adding on further dips as long as it doesn't violate major trendline.

When this niche computer maker (SYX) was first spotted on day of release AH, the .48 vs .07 was basically ignored. SYX must've sold everything but the kitchen sink to get this EPS and what would be left would be something closer to .10c. Well, there was a one time gain but it was for .12c leaving the Q at .36!!. A company that has revenues in the 1/2 a billion a Q pulling this off, pretty impressive...not the typical DJIM play b/c most of our plays don't make that in a lifetime;). There is really not much to know at this point in regards to their financial #'s except what IBD gifted them with and that's a bunch of 99 #'s. A neg, the 'spinach' could be the filing issues, so do your own DD as always!. We have watched this creep up, scratching our heads waiting for true momentum to come, NYSE most likely the culprit as its the last place you look for momo.... EDU the exception:)...This week we started to hope for a pullback to initiate a starter position. The action was a little ugly end of the day, you never want your stock to finish at the lows of the day but it was on low volume and on a Friday after a nice run. Another possibility for the action is a select few wanted to retest the high area and then quickly get it to test the 9ema (12.80-90) area setting it up for a IBD kick soon. You all know our thoughts on the 9ema, especially for exits after a run but you also know many wait for this spot to initiate/start a position. Pure speculation on this close and the possibility of IBD hype coming next week, but we know there are too many that like the 99 position SYX is in. The volume has been steady 200-300K, hardly topping action it seems for a very reasonable float. Next Q's comps to beat are .04c. No coverage, we always like that as there is no one to knock SYX's drawers off out of nowhere.
